The Twelve 24 Foundation is opening applications for its inaugural athletic team sponsorship program.

To qualify teams must be a part of a school in Georgia serving students between the ages 12-24. Twelve 24 will work with the selected team through the duration of their athletic season and provide the jointly assessed needs of the team and its students.
